Overview
House washing is the single biggest change you can make to a home's curb appeal, and in our climate it's maintenance, not vanity. The north- and east-facing walls of nearly every home in the Northwest Suburbs grow a green algae film, because those sides stay damp and shaded through our humid summers.
The right way to remove all of that is a soft wash, not a pressure wash. Our house washing process uses low pressure, roughly what a garden hose delivers, combined with biodegradable cleaning solutions that kill algae, mold and mildew at the root.

Our process

Inspect and identify
We identify the siding material and note failed caulk, loose panels, open gaps and any spot where water shouldn't go, then adjust our approach to the house.

Protect the property
Plants and beds are pre-wet and covered where needed, outdoor furniture is moved, and electrical fixtures and outlets are protected before we begin.

Apply the soft wash solution
A biodegradable cleaning solution is applied at low pressure from the bottom up and given dwell time to kill algae, mold and mildew at the root.

Agitate and detail
Heavily soiled areas, gutter streaking and textured surfaces are hand-brushed so nothing is left relying on chemistry alone.

Rinse and restore
The house is rinsed top to bottom at low pressure, landscaping is flushed thoroughly, furniture goes back, and we walk the exterior with you.
