Question 1

Are screens, sills and tracks included?

Accepted Answer

Sills and frames are included with every window cleaning. Screen cleaning and track detailing are add-ons; we quote them up front so you can add either one to any visit.

Question 2

How much does window cleaning cost?

Accepted Answer

It depends on how many windows, how they're divided (grids cost more than picture windows), how many stories, and whether it's inside and out. Most homes here land in a predictable range. Quotes are free, firm, back within 24 hours, and hold for 30 days.

Question 3

Do you do inside and outside?

Accepted Answer

Both. Exterior-only is the most popular option and costs less; inside + outside gives the result you actually notice. We do them in the same visit.

Question 4

What plans do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Three ways to book. One-time cleans are full price. Biannual Care Plans save $50 every visit and include priority scheduling and a ClearDay SpotShield pure-water finish. Triannual Care Plans save $100 every visit and also include priority scheduling, SpotShield, free hard-water spot removal, and the 7-day rain guarantee.

Question 5

What is the 7-day rain guarantee?

Accepted Answer

If you're on a Triannual Care Plan and rain spots your exterior glass within seven days of service, we come back and re-clean the affected windows at no charge.

Question 6

Do I need to be home?

Accepted Answer

Not for exterior work, just leave gates unlocked and pets inside. For interior cleaning, someone needs to let us in, and we like to do the final walk-around with you.

Question 7

Are you insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes, fully insured, general liability coverage on every job.
