Our process

Walk the property
We count panes, note storm windows, damaged screens, failed seals and any hard-water staining, and flag anything we can't safely reach before we start.

Screens set aside
Screens are labeled and set aside so we reach the whole pane.

Scrub every pane
Each window gets scrubbed edge to edge to break up pollen, road film and organic buildup, not just a rinse.

Rinse and squeegee
Purified water rinse on upper glass, hand squeegee on lower glass, then a detail pass on frames, sills and corners.

Finish and inspect
We reinstall any screens included on the order and walk the exterior with you in daylight to confirm every window passes.
