ClearDay Window Cleaning is a residential exterior cleaning company serving Chicago's Northwest Suburbs and North Shore. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you request a quote, book a service, or contact us — through our website, a Facebook or Instagram lead form, a phone call, a text message, or in person — we may collect: your name; your phone number; your email address; your service address; details about the services you're interested in; and any notes or photos you choose to share about your home. We also collect basic, non-identifying website analytics (pages visited, device type, approximate region) to understand how our site is used.
How we use it
We use your information only to run our business and serve you: to prepare and send you a quote; to schedule, confirm, and complete your service; to text or call you about your quote, appointment, or job; to send you a receipt and, if you'd like, a review request after your service; and to let you know about seasonal services (for example, gutter cleaning or holiday lighting) — you can opt out at any time.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may text you about your quote and service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We never send marketing texts to people who haven't asked for a quote or booked with us.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not send spam.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate — for example, our scheduling and customer-management software, our payment processor, and our text-messaging provider. They may only use your information to provide their service to us. We may also share information if required by law or to protect our rights, our customers, or our team.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead forms
If you submit a lead form through a ClearDay ad on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects that information under its own terms and shares it with us. We use it exactly as described above. Meta's handling of your data is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
How long we keep it
We keep customer records for as long as you're a customer and for a reasonable period afterward for scheduling, warranty, and tax purposes.
Your choices

Children
Our services are for homeowners and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
