Overview
Permanent outdoor lighting solves a problem seasonal lights never will: you pay once, and your home is lit for every occasion for years. No annual install fee, no January takedown in the snow, no bin of tangled strands in the garage.
We install custom aluminum track color-matched to your home's soffits and trim, so the system disappears in daylight. Inside the track sit commercial-grade LEDs rated for 50,000-plus hours, individually addressable, giving you over 16 million colors plus patterns, animations, brightness levels and schedules, all controlled from an app on your phone.

Our process
- 1
Design consult
We walk the property at dusk when possible, discuss which rooflines, peaks and architectural features to light, and match the channel color to your trim.
- 2
Measure and fabricate
Runs are measured to the inch and the aluminum channel is cut for your exact roofline, so corners and terminations look built-in rather than added on.
- 3
Install cleanly
Most homes are installed in one to two days.
- 4
Program and onboard
We connect the system to your Wi-Fi, build your preset scenes, and sit down with you in the app so you can run it confidently before we leave.
- 5
Stand behind it
Parts are covered by manufacturer warranty and our installation is warranted by us.
